After a 20-year financial services career, I had the opportunity to open my State Farm Insurance office on July 1, 2000, and it's been an exciting adventure. I say adventure because with each day comes an opportunity to assist our customers and potential customers manage their everyday risk. I've had the pleasure of developing lasting friendships in this community, while also learning about people's families, and what's important to them. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable while learning options when insuring auto, your home, and your life. What matters most is what is important to you.

I was born in Texas and raised in Shafter and Pond. I married my high school sweetheart after his tour in Vietnam, and we recently celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary. We have a son, a daughter, and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

When I'm away from the office, I enjoy bonding with mother nature. Gardening and seeing a variety of colors in our flower beds gives me a sense of accomplishment. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and enjoy traveling in our RV whenever possible.

I'm a member of the Shafter Rotary Club, Rotary Foundation, Shafter Chamber of Commerce, and the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Being involved in the community I serve is very important to me.

Our office is located on Central Avenue, with business neighbors Shafter/Wasco Press and Richland Chevrolet. When you visit our office you will find a friendly atmosphere, ready to assist you to learn what's important to you.
